We are not joking, here. There are not many activities on the planet more challenging and inspiring than skydiving with your team. All things considered, if there's nothing to have a discussion about in the workplace, there should better be something to make woo-hoo about; otherwise the excitement level of the team collapses.
Skydiving motivates a great level of innovations within any team. It separates personal differences between individuals. It gives people a chance to loosen up and feel comfortable to look into their potentials and the potentials of the task on their plates– with a collaborative effort with others in the team. Shared skydiving can be a great step towards a more cooperating, and more effective work environment for any organization, large or little.
